Can the Bath and Body works sleep aromatherapy body spray be used as a pillow mist?
I have heard great reviews on the bath and body works aromatherapy sleep pillow spray so I went to buy it and I found out it was discontinued. Would I be able to use the body spray as a pillow mist? I have also heard good reviews for the body shop pillow spray but I prefer bath and body works. If you have used both, which is better?
Yes you can use the body spray on your pillow. The pillow mists are very similar, just lighter in fragrance. Start with just one spray since the body spray is a bit stronger. I have never had any trouble with any Bath and Body Works product staining any clothing or fabric. I even use their regular body sprays and EDT to scent sheets and pillows with no trouble at all.
I prefer body sprays to the pillow mists because they are more flexible (can carry in your purse, etc) and I find the scent a bit stronger. In terms of whether they “relax” or whatever they claim to do- lavender is a natural relaxing agent but they all smell good, it is the routine that your body will associate with the scent.
If you find it too strong when you lie down, flip the pillow over or try spraying under the pillow or on the sheets instead.
