How safe is it to start using raspberry leaf herbal supplement in my tea?
My due date is dec 22nd ..but my doc said first time babies are usually a week late but i don’t want to be late! so i hoping the raspberry leaf will safely help things get moving..Ive looked online and it said it has wonderful benefits for pregnancy and nursing but i want to make sure its not too strong..
You can start taking RRL around six weeks before your due date. Start with a small dose and increase to the recommended 3-4 cups a day over the course of a week or more. Also, remember to talk to your doctor before starting any new supplements. RRL is good for you in pregnancy, but it is always better to be safe than sorry and get the okay from your care giver.
