Wearing a necklace while working out or doing sports?
Okay so i just start wearing this small silver necklace with a jade on it. It small so it doesn’t dangle. Is it okay for me to wear it while lifting weights at the gym of doing any sports?
As long as it sits above or at your collar bone, you should be fine,
